Thank you for choosing to enroll in our 4-month online skill development program.
Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.

1.Non-Refundable Course Fee

All course fees paid for the 4-month online program are strictly non-refundable.
Once the payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-attendance or inability to join live sessions
  • Personal commitments or schedule conflicts
  • Technical issues on the participant’s side
  • Medical or personal emergencies
  • Non-completion of the course

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that the fee is fully non-refundable.

2.Course Cancellation
Our program is delivered through scheduled live classes (not pre-recorded modules) conducted batch-wise.
Once the payment is processed and your seat has been reserved, cancellations are not permitted.

Batch planning, faculty assignment, and operational arrangements are made based on confirmed enrollments.
Therefore, no cancellation requests will be accepted after payment, regardless of participation or attendance.

3.Transfer or Batch Change Policy
Course access is provided solely to the registered participant.
Transfers to another individual, batch changes, or shifting to another course may be allowed only at the discretion of the management and are not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply if a batch change is approved.

4.Program Rescheduling (From Our Side)
In rare cases, if a session or batch needs to be rescheduled due to faculty unavailability or unexpected circumstances, participants will be notified in advance.
No refunds will be issued, but complete access to the rescheduled sessions will be provided.

5.Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection
  • A functional device (laptop/PC)
  • Required software or applications

No refunds will be provided for technical issues arising from the participant’s environment.

6.Agreement
By enrolling in the course and completing the payment, you:

  • Agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Understand and accept that the fee is non-refundable
  • Confirm that you have reviewed all program details before enrolling.
